Hotels in this category are clean, functional, and chosen by us based on their track record with our customers — not just their price. They are typically located within a short shuttle ride of the Haram, with regular transport provided.
Everything essential is included: flights from your nearest US city, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, visa processing, airport transfers, and Ziyarat tours. Nothing important is left out — you simply travel without the premium surroundings.
Best for: Budget-conscious pilgrims, large families, groups, first-time travelers who want to maximize value.
4 Star Umrah Packages — Premium Comfort and Value

Hotels at this level are typically within 500 meters to 1 kilometer of Masjid al-Haram, with better room quality, improved dining options, and more attentive service. You’ll feel well looked-after without paying the premium of the closest luxury towers.
Many families who have traveled with us at the 4-star level tell us they wouldn’t change a thing. The rooms are good, the food is plentiful, and the proximity to the Haram means they prayed more Salahs there than they had expected.

Group Departures from USA
If you prefer to travel as part of a scheduled group — particularly beneficial for solo travelers, those new to Umrah, or anyone who finds comfort in community — our group departure packages are an excellent option.

Umrah Throughout the Year — When Is the Best Time?
Umrah can be performed at any time of year, unlike Hajj which is restricted to specific days. Each season has its character:
Ramadan is the most spiritually intense time to perform Umrah. The Prophet ﷺ said that Umrah in Ramadan is equivalent in reward to performing Hajj with him. The Haram is extraordinarily alive during Ramadan — Tarawih prayers, Itikaf, the energy of millions of Muslims fasting and worshipping together. It is also the busiest and most expensive time. Book early if Ramadan is your goal.
School Holiday Periods — Summer, winter, and spring breaks are popular among American Muslim families, especially those with children. Expect higher demand and slightly elevated prices during these windows.
Shoulder Seasons — January through March (outside Ramadan) and September through November tend to be quieter, more affordable, and more comfortable weather-wise. If your schedule is flexible, these months offer genuine value.
Hajj Season — Umrah cannot be performed during the days of Hajj. If you are traveling around this period, our team will advise you on exact restricted dates for your year of travel.
